Technical support for your existing GigaNetMall store is available in the following ways:

1. If you would like personal assistance with your store, please call (559) 683-7600 x206. Please note that web design charges of $60 per hour (billable in 15 minute increments) may apply at the web designer's discretion. You will be notified before any charges accrue.
   
   
2. Context sensitive help is available by clicking on the red question mark icon in the upper right portion of the storefront builder and administration tool. Context sensitive help provides you with answers to items that are visible when you click on the help icon.
   
   
3. Send your questions via email to webmaster@sti.net. There is no cost for email support.
